To blog or not to blog ...

This blog ... I really want to let it go, but it won't let go of me!  So here is an attempt to play catch up and start again (for the 3rd time, but who's counting? ME!!!)

This guy turned 8

First things first!  We needed to check the softness of the beds in our hotel room.

One last road trip for Summer ... we were pleasantly surprised at how pretty the drive was from Wichita to Kansas City

And just like that, Summer 2012 was over.  We celebrated the way we celebrate everything these days ... with a cookie cake.

It's always hard for this little sis when it's time for bub to go back to school

When we got home from dropping Will off, Kate was thrilled to find a school supply bucket of her very own ... and she got write right to work!

This brings us to October.  We had both sets of grandparents visit, trips to the pumpkin patch, and our first trip to Eureka Springs, AR.  I'll save those for other posts since this one is already overloaded with pictures ... but my goal is to get them posted this weekend.  Hopefully, I'm really back!
